it utilizes the round-to-square technique while allowing customers to use one set of rollers to produce all square pipe range within the set range, and shared-use break-down section rollers when producing round pipe, saving significant roller cost and increase productivity. Combined with our ZTF technique, it allows full automatic adjustment of roller position with minimum to none need of manual adjustment, reducing labor maintenance cost and risk of hazard.
Our company has studied a new forming process, the technology of ‘Round-to-square without replacing molds’ or XZTF share-roller technique. This most advanced patented technique had won us the ‘Innovation Award for XZTF Round-to-square share-roller forming line’ by ‘China Steel Structure Association’ in 2021.Round-to-square Share-roller tubemachine is designed to produce welded pipes of 114-720mm in OD and 1.5mm-22.0mm in wall thickness, as well as corresponding square and rectangular pipe.
To achieve intelligent and flexible manufacturing, three systems are needed:
1. Electronic control system: Highly automated one-button operation.
2. Cloud End System: Data transmission is achieved by connecting PLC main station with network. Data can be monitored and modified on the APP/PC.
